The Russians would probably lose in the end, but they wouldn't be easily dominated by any stretch. Their military has more experience with this kind of thing, and we would see that Russian ability to conduct mechanized warfare would give them a massive pound-for-pound advantage over the Chinese, at least in the early stages of such a war.

The Chinese navy's rapid armament is the threat to world security, the Chinese army is still behind the United States and Russia. If the Chinese didn't have a resource-stranglehold over North Korea, they wouldn't even be able to conquer it.
