Quantum radar allows for jam proof, stealth negating(somewhat) and all around better detection. Basically a control beam and a regular beam are created and then entangled. Since the photons of the beam are entangled they can't be spoofed and are correlated. After emitting a normal beam the results can be compared to the control beam. Having quantum in the name makes it sound like bullshit but it's actually pretty nifty.

Easy enough problem to solve.
