Are we? I haven't heard anything about that but so far we have pretty good gun laws.

Just in Shittsburgh, and they're already getting taken to court for it.

I don't know of any specific moves being made for more gun control in PA. Even Philly and Pitt are generally less anti-gun than other cities of their sizes.
What makes you say this?

well there's that shit going on in pittsburgh right now, and there's talk of creating a registry and creating red flag laws

>creating a registry
Don't we already effectively have that with handguns, even through they say it isn't one?

They made it so than if you get convicted of domestic abuse, you have to hand in your guns within 24 hours rather than within month. That's all that's recent, beyond doomed vanity proposals in state congress and Pittsburgh about to get their shit pushed in for illegal gun control measures

>IL
>Yes
Thank you based downstaters for holding the line to prevent a state wide AWB for so long. I hope you can hold out for a little longer. I hate my city.

There's the usual Philly/Pitt whinging but more broadly we have a lot of cuckservatives pushing for red flag laws unfortunately. Those will most likely pass too (if they haven't already while I wasn't paying attention) which sucks ass but at least we can use those to harass police and others who don't understand that's a clear violation of due process.

I think they were leaning towards creating one for all guns, but I imagine the handgun registry would wholly overlap with that

>Tejas
Not currently, but we just had a constitutional carry bill die because a boomer threatened a congressman with a gun or something.

fucking boomers. god damn it

Pittsburgh just rammed through an unconstitutional ban on carrying “assault weapons” fucking city niggers need culled

He went up to the dude that introduced the bill in the first place, pulled a gun on him and refused to leave his office.
How the fuck he thought this would help his cause is beyond me.

jesus christ you gotta be fricking kidding me. maybe he was secretly a democrat? boomers got mentally ruined by LSD, agent orange, and cocaine

It's all too tiresome, brother.

Stay strong brother

Let me explain this to you. Until you kids get this shit through your skull.
>No state is safe
Do you fucking understand?
If one state bans and confiscates guns. Then a group of liberals in YOUR state, will ban together and with the help of a newly elected Democrat. Seize your personal fucking property through red flag laws.
"Uh, user is a threat to society, because he said something negative about us"
Wake the fuck up. We are losing. Losing big time. Its about time we all band together and fight back

>NH
Well, we have very little, but the libs just got in and are going to try and pass some dumb shit. Luckily based Sununu said he is happy with gun laws as they are.

>OH
>no

We've been moving in the right direction for awhile now. Still some things I don't like but overall not bad.

>nevada

it's finally begun, the illegals and califags have reached critical mass

This. It's over bros, nevada is blue now.

>NY
>Yes
You'd think it couldn't get worse but Cuomo the homo won't be outdone by CA and all the other dem states. Here's hoping their shitty fucking legislation doesn't pass but the Dems run the state Senate so

>Ohio
>Kasich turned into a cuckkosaurus rex
>>closing "gun show loopholes"
>>cracking down on straw purchases
>>state ban on bump stocks and AP rounds
>>red flag law
>GA still pro-2A as fuck
>>Kasich's cuck manifesto doesn't get a hearing
>>more bills to expand gun rights introduced than to limit them
>>bill passes that lets EMTs carry after getting "tactical medical care" training
>>vets granted concealed carry licenses without civilian training
>>burden of proof in self defense no longer on the defendant
>>it's now illegal for cities in ohio to pass gun control laws
>>Kasich vetoed all of this
>>GA overturned the veto as a late Christmas present to Ohio
>Mike DeWine is up for both stand your ground and red flag if there's "due process"
It's honestly a crapshoot. At least Kasich is gone.

I live far from Pittsburgh so I guess I'm good. I'm closer to philly but I typically don't go near Philly unless it's for work or to visit family. I know they tried passing a law making it illegal to conceal firearms in any city park which is bullshit, because that's where most of the muggings/rapes/murders take place.

>CO
red flag law just passed meaning the pigs can come murder me in my own home for not complying with confiscation. I currently live in a state where my constitution rights will be stripped from me for making fun of kikes, let that sink in.

Pic related, for at least the next several years.

Might I add that that an 18 year old in the Ohio National Guard is allowed to get a CCW.

Just leave nigger, unless you're ready for it, just leave. You can't play the "It's muh home and I have a RIGHT to be here" card if you're not ready to be a martyr like the last one no one remembers

>Upstate NY
Unsurprisingly yes although at this point there’s not a whole lot more they can really do besides full on confiscation. I am a little worried about the social media check bill and ammo limits but I don’t think those will actually pass any time soon.

Not if Cleveland, Columbus, and Toledo have anything to say about it.

Haven't heard anything, getting a new (CA illegal) gun only takes about 15 minutes.

I'm upstate NY too, just get all the stupid (((SAFE))) complaint parts just to be goody goody and then just buy all the shit you want for at the house or range. Most cops upstate don't give two shits about the new laws as long as you don't have more than 7 rounds in your mag when not at a range.

We still have red flag laws though.

we do but nothing new in the works and things like an AWB or magazine restrictions would never pass here.

Not a boomer, he went to the bill sponsor's house to inquire about it's status and the rep shut it down.
You faggots are the reason the government will never be held to account.
You'll lick the boot so long as there's a carrot waived in front of your face.

I’m pretty sure that the 7 round limit was ruled unconstitutional/not being enforced. Anyway I feel awful about it but I finally caved and bought a fixed mag AR. I figured I can just have it unfixed when I can finally move out of this state and I get to have all the other banned features in the mean time.
