What do you guys think of this? Almost resembles papasha, no?
New PC Carbine Model

now we just need to get rid of that stock and replace it with something that doesn't make the carbine look gay.
Glock drum mags do exist. The only question is reliability.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA JUST MAKE ONE WITH A WOOD STOCK ALREADY YOU FUCKING CUNTS
Got a link to it? Been saving for the PC9 because it's a great gun for a ban state but this looks pretty great if I can find it
10 M M
DO IT RUGER
learn to use the catalog
make it look like an m1 carbine with a walnut stock and I will consider it.
Carve your own, bitch!
The Ruger PCC is such a fudd gun. Just get an MP5 clone, or a Skorpion, or a B&T, anything else, don't contribute to fuddness. No pistol grip, no folding stock/brace, there's no point to this.
It bothers me that the barrel isn't centered within the handguard, and the sights are mounted to the barrel, not the handguard.
Made for the ban states, if you're one of those faggots that says, "just move" you're an idiot. Look at what Californians have done to Colorado, Washington and Oregon. Placate the ban states to keep Californians confined.
Nothing wrong with traditional stocks. EAD.
Traditional stocks generally point quicker, though they're slightly worse for follow up shots.
Wrong, fudd. Try using an AR sometime.
Just DO IT
>papasha
nah
Same as I thought on the other thread:
I own like 10 ARs, and even more AKs. Yet I'm still quicker on the first shot with the PC.
>be me
>be washingtonian
>califags come and ruin shit
>join army
>get sent to colorado
>califags come here and ruin shit
THERE IS NO ESCAPE
The point is it needed a folding stock.
Definitely geeing one, since i'm in CA and got 5 33rd glock mags during magopolypse.
Would be hard with the mag well being part of the stock.
Is that an actual free float or not? Looks like it might be touching the barrel in the front.
Also, ppsh vibes.
Why the fuckhueg mag well? Was this built out of spare parts?
Needs a drum mag and an auto sear.
>Why the fuckhueg mag well?
conversions and only wanting to use 1 mold
you get to pick between glock or ruger mags
then youve got calibers
Why is the barrel not centered??? Reeeeeeeeeee!
>only 5
I swore you bought more than that user.
I’ve been trying my FDE 33s, my 24 round oems, and 21/27 round pmags in mine
id like it more if the magwell wasnt so fucking huge
They could just make a polymer magwell insert for a wood stock, it’d probably even look decent.
I’ve found it’s actually a pretty decent place to grip, the contour is just right
It looks neat, in a Star Wars blaster kind of way. The real world utility of it leaves me cold. For the same weight and money you could have an AR-15, and drop Hornady VMAX in if you're worried about overpenetration.
It’s cheaper to shoot, and much quieter than an AR. It’s also much much more fun imo
My curiosity has been peaked
Give it a straight or curved mag and I'm on bored
I've been told blowback AR's in pistol calibers actually hop around more than one in .223. Was I bullshitted? Or does Ruger's offering have something besides a straight blowback action?
Piqued. The word is fucking PIQUED. FUCK THIS SPELLING SHIT PHONETICALLY BULLSHIT. IT IS A FUCKING COMMIE CONSPIRACY. FUCK.
There is no need to be upset.
YES THERE FUCKING IS SHUT UP
What he said.
>P I Q U E D
Heck of a shitgun.
>I've been told blowback AR's in pistol calibers actually hop around more than one in .223. Was I bullshitted?
No, it's just a very subjective topic. I find that a 9mm AR and a 5.56 AR have roughly the same amount of recoil. However the recoil impulse is very different between the two. The 5.56 AR is more snappy, while the AR9 is more of a soft rhythmic push.
Since the PC carbine was designed from the ground up to be a PCC, it has a heavier bolt, which really softens the recoil impulse. To me the PC carbine is significantly easier to control than an AR, it's very easy to do double and triple taps. Part of this is the rhythm, making it easy to find a cadence for fast follow up shots (HK91 clones are kinda similar in this way too).
The other aspect that makes the Ruger a bit softer than an AR9 is the "deadblow" action. The bolt is actually two parts. So a free floating tungsten weight slides seperatley from the steel bolt. This gives the PC a really unique "thuk-thuk" type impulse, which I find to be pretty controllable.
The PC carbine really needs more stock options
This is a fact
This. It needs tocbe centered wtf, how hard is it to do that.
Yeah, that irked me a little bit too cuz the can would look so much better centered
It def looks more like a push than that
>papasha,
you mean ppsh...faggot
Put a lightweight stock on it or brace
Cut barrel down
Cut rail down
Integral suppressor
Then its decent. As ir stands now its a heavy piece of shit made for plinking
here is your answer
Please send this to Ruger and tell them to get their wooden shit together
>10 M M
DO IT RUGER
I have to believe that there is something difficult about engineering 10mm carbines. Hi-point proved it was possible, but kel-tech really dropped the ball on not making a sub2k model.
10mm guys may be few in number, but they buy everything related to their fetish. And they are also growing.

I didn't think it was possible, but you made a gun look worse with wood
Yeah just completely change the receiver and charging handle, no problem
do it.
You talk like a faggot
user, you have shit taste and that is very sad
I did their "send the CEO a comment" thing asking for them to make a 92fs mag adapter. The only thing stopping me from buying one
I've been running mine in our 3 gun matches in 2 gun Div. So far I am really digging it.
As more and more after market becomes available. I will change out the furniture and such.
16" barrels and pistol magazines look like hot garbage on a 9mm carbine. Should have been made with a brace and taking either colt smg mags or mp5 mags.
well not every weapons designer is concerned with your sensibilities, if you don't like it don't buy it, plenty of other guns
the sub2k is already beating itself to a premature death in 9mm probably not the best platform for 10mm
What purpose does a PCC serve that won't be fucked by putting such a cartridge in it?
You're looking at it wrong. Ruger's failing is in not putting the magazine in a pistol grip which makes the whole thing a lot shorter.
When does this new model come out? And for how much?
It needs air vents on top or on the side when the barrel heats up.
The Midwest Industries Handguard looks better
Looks like one heck of a shotgun
Nigger
I'm on the fence about waiting for this new Ruger, or that specific Beretta CX4. I already have a Beretta M92FS, so I could swap mags back and forth, but that $700 tag is something crazy for a 9mm carbine.
Keltec sub2000 is like $400 and can take beretta 92 mags. Looks better than the cx4 too
>Almost resembles papasha,
No. Not every shrouded barrel carbine is a shotgun.
Looks like PPSh with no balls
>Looks better
Entirely subjective and I think it looks like trash
This but with the M LOK rail. Can someone photoshop that?
I FUCKING WANT IT. I WANT IT NOW.
As the owner of one, it's worth every penny of that to me. Of my entire collection it's probably the most enjoyable to shoot.
just go buy a PPS50
PPS50 doesn't take glock mags tho
damnit. I wish NJ didn't have stupid as fucking laws regarding gun rentals. Gotta bring a buddy to rent a gun. Fucking stupid. I'm moving out of state soon though and this new Ruger PPC with a fat fucking 50 round glock drum is looking sick. Ultimate Range toy and HD gun if I load it with hollows.
Except the drum sticks down like 2 inches.... Really wish it was nice and tight fit. I wish it.
It recoils less than the scorpion
It is 50 state legal
It is
MI handguard looks better.
but it does take a drum mag, which is the entire point of a PPSh-41 look-alike
Get one of those clockable cans
Hello fellow NJfag, I just bought a Ruger pcc last week and I’m in love with it as my cheap plinking rifle and I would give my money to anyone who could sell me what this user shoppedWhat county you in?
I wish i waited to get a pcc. I want that free float handguard.
Fudd is anything I dont like. Faggot.
Mercer. And even without that bitchin looking wood grain, I still want that exact setup. What is that barrel called? When does that variant of the Ruger PCC come out? And I'll be running basic bitch 10rd Glock mags for now, but I'm off to Kentucky (Or Montana, not sure yet) soon.
came up with this ar handguard a while back. anyone could make one with a sheet metal brake and some welding skill
Looks kinda like an Ares/Fightlite SCR with 1100 stock, I dig it
Somerset reporting in, yeah I was just in Cabelas in Hamburg and was eyeing those 33rnd glock mags pretty hard but it’s not worth the risk yet
Oh and I don’t think that’s an actual Ruger variant, it’s either a photoshop of an idea or some aftermarket parts
I think so. It's on the Ruger main site.
God you sound like a faggit ass person. Why do you care what other people like or prefer. Quit acting like 12 year old and learn that other people have different tastes. Jesus christ. 7/10 because i mad.
Oh shit! I’m glad I’m wrong that’s awesome
yea but I just saw the price. JFC it's like $730. I still really want one. Might but it regardless.
Yeah that’s a jump, I’d probably buy a second barrel if they’re sold that way and compatible with my OG model
I mean I feel kind of bad spending that kind of money because my AR-15 Was $750 lol. Hmmm. I might just say fuck it. It's not that I don't have the money, it's just a lot for a full rifle length 9mm PCC. At that point I could get the Beretta CX4 with 33 round mags.
>41174930
You just threw it right in the water
first ruger product to impress me in a long time. hopefully they take off and someone like vltor makes a cool folding stock for it. might be a fun project to build a nice wooden stock.
As far as iv asked people about it I have heard they are not that accurate at range
What that entails exactly I'm not sure but it's what the gunshow dude told me
