had a similar issue though with a much larger handgun. after trying a lot of alternatives I found the only things that worked for me were appendix carry and pocket carry. give them a shot

Get one of the bellyband-type holsters that holds the pistol horizontally and wear it high on your stomach. Or get one of those holsters that mounts to your bra.

Get a fanny pack holster.
