So, yeah, this is an AR parts using bullpup, whose upper receiver can be used on AR lowers.
Based on the comments of its designer on bullpupforum.com (bullpupforum.com/index.php?topic=13670.0), he's got a manufacturer who's at least willing to get him through the prototyping phase.
Personally, I think the fact that he doesn't have a carbine gas system version is going to be a big hurdle for a big manufacturer licensing the design, mostly because carbine length gas systems seem like the shortest tube length that can work with the longer gas key on this gun's BCG, and carbine length gas systems seem to be universal among different AR barrel types.
reminds me of this type of gun. a glorified furniture kit instead of a real bullpup. this new furniture kit looks much cooler but its still going to be mediocrity underneath.
trying to keep parts commonality ruins the gun. some things just have to be redesigned for a real bullpup.
Keep calling people "commie", and you might be surprised when they become one. :^)

You where already one though.

Im sure u r right mr. engineer

You already are a commie and a failed tranny

no idea, but OP's pic is giving me massive ~1998-2004 old internet vibes

>trying to keep parts commonality ruins the gun Honestly, at this point, you NEED the parts commonality to make the thing a viable product to a non-privately owned gun manufacturer. KelTec can do all sorts of weird shit because they're owned by one dude and do things in a way such that they're profitable.
Other companies won't do anything weird or inventive, because that shit doesn't sell when they can shit out ARs super cheap to people. So if you make a bullpup with AR parts, you lower the barriers to entry for both the manufacturer (hey, here's this thing you can make with parts you've already got) and the buyer (hey, this thing uses AR parts, so you can customize it the way you want or use it as a conventional rifle on an AR lower!).

Keltec is fucking based. The guy who owns it went bankrupt like 3 times IIRC with gun companies so he basically said alright "fuck everything taught about business capitol, zero fucking debt or we don't make guns." That's why KelTec guns come out in batches. The 11% excise tax + costs to produce them must come first. That's also why buying new machines is slow af. He's also into eccentric shit with questionable viability. Basically Jow Forums but successful.

Wtf I love keltec now

this. But 'Satanism' isn't real. Anton Lavey just wrote a book to sell to edgelords that couldn't figure out Gnosticism enough to understand thelema. 'Rational Satanism' is just hot topic atheism.

Since this has a lot of parts compatibility with standard AR's, I think it has a very good chance of being successful assuming it isn't a complete turd and goes for less than $2,000. Midlength only gas will hinder it. If there was a carbine option, I'd be really interested in a 6.5 Grendel version, but oh well.
Logan Martinez
>Midlength only gas will hinder it. If there was a carbine option, I'd be really interested in a 6.5 Grendel version, but oh well. Supposedly, he's working on a rifle length gas system, but yeah, I feel you. I want a .300 Blackout version myself.

>If there was a carbine option, I'd be really interested in a 6.5 Grendel version, but oh well. Oh fugg, that's a great idea. Finally a 6.5 bullpup that might be affordable.

It seems simple enough, I guess... My only grip without having more details on it is that it looks like it has a really high sight-over-bore height. I'm also curious how they setup the fire control group. With the barrel (presumably) taking up a lot of space in the stock-ring where the buffer tube would normally sit, I wonder how they get it to actually function...
Christian Flores
>I'm also curious how they setup the fire control group. Only thing I know is that it takes regular AR parts and that the safety on the front is mechanically connected to the one in the back.
Also, it doesn't use a standard buffer spring, so my guess is it might telescope into the shortened altered BCG.
t. buttmad commie has no real retort go back to leftpol, scum.
