Not unless the tank really fucked up.
1. The tank outranges anything like LAV-AD / Tunguska's 30mm guns by at least several kilometers, closer to double the range.
2. The tank will penetrate and cause a kill with one shot, while all the AD system can do is spray down tracks and sensors.
