Luxury resort on a lush tropical island built into the side of a volcano that hides evil secret labs, evil secret nuclear missiles, and evil secret stash of precious metals and jewels and explosive items liberally and randomly scattered about and painted bright red

Like Syndrome's Island from the Incredibles, except without luring superheroes to their death because I'm already rich and I don't need that gay shit.
Basically it will be a tropical paradise with heavily armed guards.

Somehow fit a lava-fall coridor featuring a bridge in a military bunker. Have all scientists working on my supersekrit shit have maniacal laughs and guards being equaly dumb and okay with my evilness, it is an employment requirement.
Build in a vast network of secret tunnels and verry large vents for shits and giggles. Have an overdimentioned superweapon (prefferably involving lava and/or lasers) that sits on a huge platform that will raise from underground to several stories above to do propper monolouging and fighting intruders.
