Yes I do. Small med bag I get in my office with plenty of tourniquets and a full size pistol with spare mags.

To clarify, do u guys have something like a plate carrier/chest rig and gun that is ready to pop out anytime a bad guy comes out? Maybe have an ifak/some med supplies on you to treat some wounded? It could also be something that you store in your car (truck gun?)
