Most people on that list did basically fuck all when it comes to military aid, and not a lot in civilian aid either. The aid that mattered was that Biafra got some 68mm rockets from France that a Swedish count with an adventurous streak strapped to small civilian aircraft to go blow up the Nigerian air force. On the other side Nigeria got massive amounts of aid from the USSR (Mig-17 and Il-28) and the UK (Canberras, AFVs, ammo ammo ammo ammo).
