Just bought this re-nickeled Colt 1908 in 380 ACP for $780. Shoots straight and no malfunctions so far.

Fucking nice, but I hope you find cooler grips for it. A gun like that begs for nice wood or white pearl grips.

Got this goy.
Still haven't bought the special snowflake shells for it though.

that seems expensive, but nice user

I have this Japanese Type-30 infantry rifle on its way to me. After shipping it cost me $445.84.

Nice. That puts it at 1914 production. If you ever have the cash laying around, colt will tell you if it was originally blued or nickled. You only over paid a bit if it's a true renickel.
Here's my newest, a type 38 from the late 30s. I think I paid $300 shipped.

How are the triggers on those?

Just under 5 a d a half pounds

How much did that cost you? Still kicking myself for not buying one for $400 a few years back. I know they don’t have a great reputation but would’ve been an interesting piece in my collection.

S&W 686 6” barrel, thinking about polishing it and getting some nice wood grips

Not him, but I picked one up in January. My trigger is pretty good, a bit heavy but crisp. I've held others that are downright garbage though.

That thing absolutely looks like shit.
And for the low low price of $780.
Never fired and only dropped once? Wow!
Someone saw you coming

Nice, user.

It’s appropriate for the .380 model.

That sounds right. Mine is a little heavy too. And there’s the grip safety.

Theres one at a Pawn shop near me. Looks exactly the same. I think theyre asking $800 for it. Supposedly unfired

For a refinished one, though? Seems like they should sell for closer to $500.

900 on the nose, there've been a few that float around gunbroker the past year or so but they're all typically 1200-1500, with one that nudges 1000 now and again. Is it worth that much, probably not, but it ain't ever gonna be any cheaper.
If you want one now's the time.

Im not a shotgun guy so ill have to pass. It is super weird and neat which i like though. Its just not for me.

Its kind of small... should I get something else for CC?

The novelty is the sole reason to get one, they're thoroughly awful. 18lb trigger on a pump action.

what's up with the safety lever? it's not the original thumb hook one?

The safety is off, user. The lever is on the left side pointing toward the table.

Cancelled; not scrubbed. Has the magazine release blocking clip on the triggerguard which suggests Russian WW1 purchase.

very cool. so much better than being struck or ground and that may certainly mean it was sent to russia. good shit

Bought a Sig Sauer P2022 yesterday for $375 from hole in the wall surplus store. Guy at the counter said some dude came in to trade it for an Ar pistol. Came with aftermarket grip, extra magazine, case and holster. Shoots like a dream and I'm still amazed by the deal.

Neat. Is it printed?

“Son, only a pimp in a Louisiana whore- house carries pearl-handled revolvers. These are ivory.”

― George S. Patton Jr.

I know man, dick was diamonds when I shot it.

no

I picked up a remington model 31, what would Jow Forums price this at, the action is freakishly smooth, it's from 1945, in the same month when we dropped the bombs on japan

I picked up this 1873 Short Rifle in .357 last week. Probably going to scoop up a Mossberg 464 16" Marinecote in the coming weeks.

Can these take Aguila minishells?

They choke on them, 2 to 2.25" shells do best.

>tfw he won't reduce the price on the madsen m47

Attached: 1542687402192.jpg (705x527, 247K)

He reduced the price on this carbine, I emailed him a few times on different emails and he brought the price down from $799 to $599

I should hopefully win something tomorrow. Im paying a bit over going rate, but this one is very nice and the last few I've tried for that were nice have gone for more than this one

I emailed him and he said his items are from a family estate who set prices and that if they don't sell they will go to the rock island auction.

maybe he was bluffing?

Attached: 1531106284116.png (612x491, 106K)

Don't know, 2 days ago after I sent the emails he updated the listing and the price. Maybe he was bluffing or mistaken and my emails just brought it to light.

Attached: R83UCts.png (1142x372, 60K)

yeah I remember talking about that mexican carbine on /msg/ too. glad you got it and at a better price.

at worst I don't believe 700 is a terrible price for the madsen but damn it's a steep toll.

I don't have any pics to share, but I got a 1951 Tula SKS.

I bought a dremel, circular saw, orbital sander, and bench vise. I'm updating my workbench. It's 2 cheap after-christmas sale $50 benches bolted together and reinforced with a new improved table-top. The plan is to build some guns.

Got this fugging 1894/model64 hybrid. Receiver an puts it as being manufactured in 1898.
