I doubt theres one that can be used universally. I guess it really depends on your surrounding environment.

jeans, long sleeve shirt?

Unironically ACUPAT, any significant amount of urban combat is going to kick up a shit ton of dust and debris. Just look at 9/11. Urban environments are composed of a diverse array of colors and hues, the only constant color you'll find is that of vaporised concrete

greys and browns i fuckin knew it

Gray everything

There is a scientific answer to this. It is neutral brown/dull tan. It's boring as fuck and the answer to everything. The Marine Corps chose it as the dominant color in both Desert and Woodland Marpat as well as the solid color of all TA-50. Olive Drab from WW2 was closer to Coyote brown than modern green uniforms. Most modern military patterns (Multicam, Slocam, Multitarn, US4CES, A-TACS, etc. are brown dominant patterns. Brown is everywhere. It can look like mud, dirt, bark, sand, dead leaves, or grass. It pretty much works in all seasons and environments unless you have snow on the ground.

Life is brown. A dull, poopy brown.

literally what you'd wear every other day, to blend into a populated area, be like a regular citizen

Looking like a faggot. They'll never guess you're packing a glock 29 in 9x25 Dillon in your skinny jeans.

It's not easy being cheesy

>be tranny
>still look like a man
>have a gaping, festering hole on your crotch
>have to keep it dilated
>insert glock 19 for perfect concealed carry in skinny jeans

I've been wearing a solid brown mackinaw as fall/ winter/ spring camo for years. Always works.
People also won't talk to you wearing it in town, so there is that added bonus.

Medium grey.
During the day you don't stand out, which is about as good as it gets, and it's the best for dark situations
