It seems the military is either stepping aside or abiding by the constitution which means there won't be much in the way of armored resistance, thus no need for heavy warfare.

The only problem are the Russians, Chinese and Cubans, and the colectivos running around brutalizing people, but you only need some operators to shoot back.

the thing that will get a bit complicated is that there's still communist militias in the jungle between Colombia and Venezuela. If the government isn't decapitated quickly they'll set up base with the guerrillas and create a situation.
