After shooting modern compact 9mms, it's crazy just how much better of a shot I am when I pull out my stainless SA 1911 loaded .45. The 1911 trigger and ergos are just so good. I think people who crap on 1911s have never shot one. I get to where I concentrate and can shoot well with my compact sig, but then when I shoot the 1911, it feels impossible to miss.

Browning tilting barrel polymer gats are inherently inaccurate. Bench rested you are looking at 3 inch groups at 25 yards. Meanwhile you can get half inch groups bench rested with a 1911.
