What do I need to complete my Loadout, friends? Thinking only 2 more to keep it simple and maintain utility, although I might swap the 870 for a Browning A5 eventually. >9mm (sub)compact >High caliber bolt action What else would anyone need? I'm a little confused by people who have 5 AR-15s. Post your collections based on utility/versatility
swap the over under out for a better small game gun
Evan Long
You see, when I started collecting guns, I had a simple goal in mind. Just enough to hunt large game across North America. A bit later, my goal was to collect firearms of varying actions. Now? I want a gun for every cartridge out there.
Logan Bailey
Post you 5 AR-15s Fuddrucker.
Luke Davis
Gonna keep it for sentimental value. Got it for Christmas from Gramps when I was 13.
Elijah Flores
Get rid of that balsa wood and gay recoil pad and put some nice furniture on that AK. Put that PA scope in a low mount from midwest or rs regulate.
Parker Butler
I own Ruger Gunsite Scout 5.56 Marlin 60 22LR 870 in 12GA DPMS Oracle 5.56 GP100 357Mag SW Mod 36 38SPL G19 9mm CZP09 9mm
I also have RAC in 9mm and a Bersa Thunder in .380, my wife uses them and theyre basically hers but i still carry them sometimes. My next purchase is going to be something either in 308 or 30.30
m8 that WASR needs a cleaning rod and some non-shit furniture ASAP.
Surplus Romy laminate is real cheap my man.
Xavier Cooper
Recommendations? Not really interested in folding stocks, looking for something NATO length too. Are Magpul handguards gay?
Brandon King
Literally anything that isn't made in the US. You can get a lot of nice stuff at apex, armsofamerica, k-var, or robertrtg.
David Rogers
Alternatively sovietstocks.com has some really beautifully finished stuff for a premium price.
Charles Mitchell
And yes magpul is gay on an AK. Though it will be more functional than the balsa wood century puts on there. The only reason your furniture exists is to comply with 922r in the cheapest way possible.
Is there literally any reason to own guns that aren't mentioned above
Carson Butler
I have 3 pump 12s, minimalism is a meme.
Luis Taylor
What are you talking about? That would be a based survival rifle, perfect for solo survival since it's the right calibers for varmits and small birds alike
AKM. With a folding stock side/under. Ar15 with variable power optic and an 16 plus inch barrel. Glock 17 or 19. That's all you really need. Shotguns are for fudds and door breachers. If you insist on a large caliber bolt gun, get an already sporterized milsurp or a pre scoped off the shelf savage.
Nathan Foster
still need an auto pistol or 2 and .22 rifle. and maybe and ar15 and/or ar10. and ive been wanting a levergat.
Swapping out the MKIV for a Kidd Supergrade and McMillan A5-22 stock once my .22 suppressor arrives
All you need is that bolt action and a compact semi-auto handgun for CC and you’re good to go. I downsized and love it. Hated having a ton of unused guns sitting in my safe while I only ever shot these regularly
AR-15 I built Old 870 express 10-22 with bull barrel S&W 686+ HK VP9SK Daisy 22 I got as a kid.
I have a mostly complete collection. I plan to buy a 357 Henry lever action and an M1 garand would be nice to own at some point.

Arsenal polymer is the good shit. Not sure if anyone makes good wood in NATO length but you can always go with some functional but beat up serbian bringback furniture with porn stickers and some whore's name scrawled innit.
>needing two fists >not just using your erect dick to vanquish enemies If your penis isn't big enough to beat a man to death with, then you're probably actually a woman
Jackson Smith
hey i remember you from the other thread about posting our families. you told me to put a stock on my shotty. how's the wasr treating you?
Connor Foster
disqualified from minimalist for having two m95s
Eli Bell
but how else would I duel wield them
Carter Turner
Glock 26 gen 4 M&P 2.0 compact 4" Some Anderson's built AR 15 Ruger 10 22 carbine modular stock Rossi R92 lever action. 44 mag J.c. Higgins. 22 single shot bolt action
Colton Smith
in some non-minimalist fashion i suppose
Gabriel Turner
If I could have them all:
>Old Vietnam surplus M16 >1970's Remington 870 Police Magnum >Bolt-Action .308 or .30-06 >Uzi (better than a .22 IMO) >Colt Python
Dylan Brooks
Yup, that was me. WASRs pretty neat. I wish I had put more rounds through it though. Range doesn't like my wolf ammo and I am indeed a poorfag. Gonna go out to some public land soon to dump mags with my boys.
Jason Ward
I don't know why people assume that liking owning few guns is a poorfag thing. Admittedly I am a poorfag, but even if I had lots of money I don't think I'd spend it on more than a couple guns I really really like and spend all my time shooting those rather than spreading it across various different ones.
Maybe people should just realize that people are into shooting for different reasons? Not everyone who shoots is a gun collector.
True. It's not like people with massive arsenals could take all their guns with them if SHTF, but to some people, I'm sure that statement is offensive. I'm just trying to focus on the basics right now, but maybe some day I'll be a fiscally irresponsible boomer with 80 guns chambered in 5.7x28.
Read an account from a mercenary in the Balkan war that apparently the best gun to have in an ethnic conflict is a scoped sporter in a full power cartridge and no more than 1000 rounds. So I would say a cheap $150-200 Turk Mauser sporter and a crate of surplus ammo. His reasoning was that intermediate cartridge semiautomatic rifles were specifically for closing with enemy infantry, (pistols are practically useless), but something like a hunting rifle was far better suited for partizans taking potshots at other ethnics down the block

top to bottom
>my first gun i got when i was 11, a h&r single shot .410 >winchester 1300 12ga, a little beat up but it was the first gun i bought when i turned 18 >my favorite gun, my slr-104fr aks-74n clone, with rs regulate optics rail and TDI lhv handguard, PA 1-6x optic is in the mail >spikes tactical lower i got yesterday, going to build a solid m4 clone with it >Springfield (hs2000) service model in 9x19mm >browning 22lr semi auto >my durr rfile, a old Remington 742 in 30-06
>a thousand rounds If you had a thousand rounds of anything in the Balkans in the 1990s you were a very rich man.
Aside from that, it's not too inaccurate of a statement. The early HOS and HVO units had pretty much any weapon they could get their hands on and a lot of these were bolt action rifles with optics. Many of these weapons had come in from Austria and Slovenia.
Chase Gray
>Marlin 1895 >1911 >Rem 870 12ga >poorfag AR-15 couple of 45s, a 223, and a 12ga. the american trifecta.
Could be more minimalist. Sell the AK to get a Salvo suppressor for the 870 and reuse the optic from the AK. Then a pistol chambered in the caliber that effectively kills Moro warriors.
Get a decent DA/SA 9x19mm, a Beretta M9/92A1, and older Sig, or a S&W 5906 or the like. Get a decent bolt action like a Tikka and spend some money on a good scope, replace the Primary Arms scope you have on the WASR with something better and then spend money on mags, ammo, and range time/training. Nothing wrong with having a small collection of well made workhorses, but don't tack shitty accessories onto them or it defeats the purpose.
Andrew Taylor
What body armor is that and what's it rated for? How much did it cost?
Elijah Gonzalez
That wasn’t me that answered. It’s just a standard 1022
Hudson Nguyen
I hear those Remington 740's are a fucking bitch and a half to field strip for cleaning, any truth to that?
Leo Brooks
>This haji is smart enough to check the bore of the rifle he's about to buy >no gunz that don't understand what he's doing will think he's dumb Not implying that's the case with you user, but I've seen loads of people on this board sperg out because someone is checking the bore on an obviously disassembled gun
Caleb Johnson
Yeah I kinda realized that after posting despite my drunken stupor
Nicholas Reed
yeah it's pretty bad, bolt is really pretty complex , and it uses a spring wrapped around the piston like a bunch of older guns have, but so far i have put around 600 rounds through it in about 5 years and haven't had one problem, even with cheaper ammo like golden bear , i draw the line at surplus as this thing would be a bitch to deal with corrosive primers in
