12 AKM or 24 AR15 magazines in plastic 50 cal can

AKM mags (7.62x39) are too tall to stand in 50 cal plastic cans so 12 on the side is about all I can manage in my test, maybe 14.

Compare with 24 metal AR15 mags.

Still searching for that mythical metal 50 cal can that can close on an ar15 30 round usgi mag standing up without smashing it.

Your AK mags are sticky

This is the second time i see you making this fucking retarded thread noone cares. This is just as much a "test" as sticking random gun parts in random containers is fuck off

fat fifty cans will hold 24 ar mags in cloth bandoleers.

this user is clinically retarded

flat 20mm cans will hold 12 ak mags

.30 cal ammo cans hold ten fn-fal mags

Who uses plastic cans anyway?

Came to post the tall .50
They're also used for flares.

You can go fuck yourself, nogunz. It's hard to find good storage solutions for loaded mags that are space saving. This OP is doing God's work, and you can go back to sucking cock any time you want. You try figuring out how the fuck to store 30+ loaded mags per gun and not have it be a chaotic mess.

Standing? I like the idea of standing them up instead of laying them on their side like in OPs pic.

Get MOLLE 2 bandoliers for AR15 magazines (they won't close with PMags btw) and surplus Soviet bandoliers for AK mags. Use cans for loose ammo.

>not making a box that fits your exact specs out of wood
Do you even carpentry?

I store my FAL and G3 mags in 200rnd 7.62 ammo cans, works great, holds 10 mags.

Jesus user why keep so many loaded?

to unload them
