The base gun is yes. It appears whoever did the sidefolder conversion, did a good job. That's not inexpensive work,
Check it out in person if you can and see how everything locks up. Also the straightness/level of that dustcover rail.
If you can't do it in person, get tons of pics before agreeing to anything.

Those countries you listed are only getting guns that are considered obsolete by today's standards, or if they're getting modern AKs, they're paying for them. Also, it was cheaper for countries like Poland, Romania, Hungary etc to tool up to produce their own AKs, instead of buying them direct from Russia.
