PA has some of the best gun laws. In philly you aren't allowed to open carry but everywhere else you can OC without a permit. Concealed carry is a permit, and all you have to do is apply for it and pass a background check. Theres no AWB or mag limits either.

Shoulder holsters are pretty much the worst for weapon retention. Definitely a viable option if you take the time to learn how to defend against it in a grapple but not my first choice for carrying regularly.
