So how fucked are the gun laws gonna get 10 years from now?

Depends on how much we're willing to sacrifice. Flip side is they can get really really good in the next decade.
Every year that we don't get a full-blown Cohen Act is a win in my book.
Look at Canada for your answer.
Gonna throw up. But I think it's going to get worse.
Gotta wait a little to read the SCOTUS tea leaves.
Depends on the court. As it stands we can't lose handguns, but if Trump can replace one of Ginsberg or Breyer we won't go below the status quo.
I honestly don't think they'll change. I think Generation Z is waking up to the facts that not everything they read is true. I did a presentation on "assault weapons" in my government class a couple of years ago, and, once you show them the facts they tend to see your point. I also think games like CoD and fortnite have had a more positive act on the younger generation view on firearms. I think that they're definitely left leaning, but they aren't nearly as bad as the millenials
slightly more, but not that bad
Fucking this. I just found out 1/3 the juniors and seniors in my fraternity are hiding funs in the house and some more are renting a 5x8' public storage space for their guns and ammo.
Me and a 2 guys from my lit class are doing the same.
All i have currently are a basic bitch m4gery and an sks i overpaid for but the future looks somewhat bright.
>SCOTUS
>2A cases
Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha!
Guns aren't going anywhere( in America) dont vs so paranoid
You make me happy user. Here's hoping
In the EU private ownership of guns will be banned, only very select individuals will be allowed to own shotguns for hunting and both Ammo and gun has to be stored at the local police station.
>ignoring that the scotus just took the new york gun case and ruled in its favor
shills mad
100% unfucked, the great Republic will return to it's roots in human liberty and civilization.
>gunstocarry com/ccw-reciprocity-map/
here's some hope
check out the historical map about 1/3 of the way down
we've been moving slowly towards constitutional carry nationwide, despite constant challenges
in 10 years "may issue" might be extinct
Guys, I'm really sad. I just lost all of my firearms in a tragic boating accident.
^^^ thats the up to date map
this one is from 1986
as you can see "no issue" is already extinct
Look at NZ
>Ruling anything other than guns are only protected in the home.
Yeah ok. Here's how it's gonna break down.
Breyer, Ginsburg, Kagen, Sotomayor, AND ROBERTS will all vote to uphold the law.
This, even in MA most of the gen Z'ers I've talked with are pretty pro-gun.
No worse and maybe more permissive on the federal level. Select individual states led by CA and NY will become more regressive.
This. The real battle is at the state level.
The only people who will be allowed to buy semi autos are people who get vetted by a draft board style system. 'Petitioners' will be evaluated for suitability based on a what soical group the evaluators believe the petitioner belongs too. For example a disabled Transwoman with no education will evaluated differently then a married Hispanic cismale who lives in a single income home.
Of course, the board members will be selected by the executives of the local government or governor.
either shittier or non existant
depends on if we keep progressing towards the neoliberal utopian fantasy or hit the boiling point and industrial society collapses due to chimpout, climate crisis or whatever
>middle age fag here
I want to believe this.
Idk but guns are more popular than ever. I’ve personally influenced over a dozen people to buy non fudd guns and get concealed carry permits. The stupid claim by mainstream media that there are less gun owners now is a lie. I’m sure there are more guns per owner but there are also more new shooters. More owners means more opposition to new laws. Plus you have companies like PSA pumping out ARs by the millions. One trend that is falling though is hunting because gen z is buying guns for self defense and civil unrest, not deer
It's worth your life to find-out
I hope this is true, I hate my generation. Everyone I went to HS with 10 years ago are liberal retards who got into a fuck ton of student debt and now want Bernie gibs.
This user may have a point.
I was at the range a month ago. And I took out 2 of my ARs. It was Fudd day at the range. The guy actually had the nerve to ask me if I was going to shoot it.
"Is dat der a AR15"
"Yeah. Why?"
"Well, we gots women shooting over here. We be shootin black powder today. Its a monthly thing we do"
>zero fucks given
>start blasting away
>entire group packs up and leaves
MFW, I think Boomers are the real threat to gun ownership.
Nice Jow Forums thread.
I get really uncomfortable talking to people at the range. I've talked to a few cool guys there, but everyone else are just retarted boomers who think they know everything.
Same
depends on your state
Is this supposed to be bait?
>we can't lose handguns
new handgun sales will be banned in CA after 2020
Honestly I'd be unsurprised
That's why the city tried so hard to keep the case from going before the court, because they knew the court would rule in their favor.
It's a cycle. Almost everyone starts out like this and eventually gets redpilled in one fashion or another. If Bernie gets elected on the gibs platform and eventually reneges on basically all of it, it'll redpill an entire generation.
Eventually they'll get so bad that they'll be good, because no one will give a shit, and the federals will have zero power to enforce them.
They haven't figured out Roberts has swung reliably left yet.
GenZ are the most pro gun generation. Most minority groups I think will be open to guns. It’s the white liberals and Jews that you have to worry the most about. The secret to victory is to get people married because married women depend on their husbands rather than the government and vote red.
That's up to us. We either roll over and take it, or we start stringing the fucking traitorous politicians up.
My ffl showed me pictures of some shit he had to surrender to the ATF when cleaning up a dead guy's estate. Apparently the dead dude used to work with the local sherifs and he had several garage made DIAS and other parts for full auto. Even the LEO don't follow the gun laws lol.
Saved
kinda sounds like you were being a dick and interrupting their comfy BP day. Why didn't you go somewhere else to shoot?
Bring a basic set of tools (screwdrivers, cleaning rod, mallet, ect) and you will help more than a few people out of a jam (most people are too unprepared to bring this stuff to the range). Easy way to start a conversation, and makes the 2A community look nice and inviting. Better yet, offer to let the unfortunate grandchild they drug out shoot your black rifle. It really all comes down to being courteous (yes sir/no sir) and projecting an image of what they thought of themselves at your age. Boomers also fucking love anything that came out of the Springfield armory, so that's an easy in.
Once Boomers and the Lost Generation are gone, and X'ers are a bit more redpilled, the Millennials and Zoomers will fix this all.
The Gun Culture 2.0 is about self perseverance and defense of life and property and rights and freedoms. The Millennials and Zoomers are waaaay more redpilled than anybody else. Don't look at the very small subsection of the vocal ones from the coastal cities.
Zoomers also like this kind of music, so I don't know what hope there is for mankind overall.
California is a lost cause and can burn, fall into the ocean and be given back to Mexico at any time now.
Simply seeing this makes me have a small shred of hope for the future
you know what the funny part about all this is buddy? I'm Jewish. Generation Z doesn't hate anyone by race or religion, as long as you don't fuck with them they won't fuck with you. You know how many times I've used the "I'm jewish" card to win arguments on literally anything political? Thank me later for the work I'm doing for the 2A community.
I know I'm 94 born, but zoomie over here is a better fit for me. 89 borns seem more millennial typical to me
shut up shekelstein
