If you qualify on the defense language aptitude test (think IQ test but more abstract and focused on verbal reasoning), which you likely would given your experience learning languages, you get to spend 1-2 years learning a new language at the DLI in Monterrey, California. It's one of the hardest schools enlistees can qualify for, but it's in just about the best location in the entire military. You can't really choose your language, however, and odds are, you'll be assigned either Chinese, Korean, or Farsi from what I've heard from recent grads. Linguists tend to have some of the highest ASVAB scores of any job, so you'll likely not be stuck with a bunch of mouthbreathers should you decide to do it.
