It's a BT-42. Finns captured BT-7s from the Soviets and put 114mm howitzers in them

First I sprayed some washable dust from Ammo and the splashed on some mud with a paint brush and air from an airbrush. Then used some pigments and fixed them with pigment fixer. Lastly used some earth colored enamel to make the darker wetter mud.
For paint first I made some lighter chipping of the underneath camo colors and them some dark color (Ammo calls it just Chipping) chipping on top of that. And then came the weathering.
