The CM-11 is an M60 chassis with an M48 turret but with the L68 gun and a modern FCS.

The ROC does operate some CM-12 tanks, which is just a straight-up M48 with a new gun and FCS.

Yeah. The engine is Abramms' biggest problem but other than that it's a decent tank. Not like Callenger 2 or Leopard 2 are any better.
