What’s your guys’ preferred defensive load? Mines Gold dot 124gr +p.

I've been carrying Sig Elite Performance 124gr v-crowns
What does Jow Forums recommend?

Hornady critical defense because it's what I seem to consistently be able to find in stock.

Hornady Critical Duty +P because it's fun to LARP as FBI.

Just bought an FN GP 35. This thing is so beautiful and smooth. What do you guys think about it?

Field strip and photo pls

I just dropped $1,000 on a Desert Eagle in .44, how badly did I fuck up?

So I want to cover the handgun spectrum. I currently have a full size cz sp01 and a subcompact Smith shield 2. I'm grabbing one of the new ruger single action .22 revolvers next but feel the need for a compact glock 19 sized gun.

The problem is I just have no interest in striker fired guns...the shield gets no emotional connection from me. I love the sp01 though...

Just buy a p01? Or one of the other compact strikers on the market?

Why would you buy something that’s almost literally what you have if you want to “cover the handgun spectrum”.

You might as well go for a different manufacturer while you’re at it.

Or at least buy the one distinct CZ, the Rami.

should have been in .50 african eliminator but as long as it's still gold plated you didn't fuck up

you did get a gold plated one right?

hnnnng
That's a very aesthetic gun
what the other user said. Buy a Rami

Not available here, wouldn’t want one anyways, I didn’t buy it for memes, but to have a .44 autoloader. Which with this state’s roster, doesn’t leave me with many options.

.44 autoloaders are memes though. If you want to meme you should have gone full meme. Gold with tiger stripes.

What about, not available here do you not get?

Wasn't aware you didn't have the internet my bad.

Oh, it’s retarded...

Oh, it isn't aware of online gun stores and FFL transfers

That won’t transfer here, because those guns wouldn’t be on the roster and I like supporting my literal mom and pop gun shop.

You’re still retarded for assuming assumptions.

I carry with Underwood Xtreme Defender +P. It is very fast for 9mm and I am a believer in fast light bullets, at least out of rifles so I meme myself into applying it to handguns.

Pic related. I shoot the M&P best and it has the best trigger in a striker fired gun evar. The CZ is what for shooting suppressed and I bought it cheap in a parking lot. The FNXs are for in matching dual wieldan in case SHTF live streaming becomes necessary.

>roster
oof

move to a better state

I have commitments here the next few years, after that it’s most likely happening.

Best of luck I know it takes time. I left Illinois last year and I felt like a real american for the first time.

I just got a 9mm subcompact and don't really know what to load it with yet. I hear conflicting things about how the different grain sizes work in a 3" barrel. I have some 147gr Gold Dots right now.

>I'm committed to cucking myself.
we know

Well at least I’ll be a cuck with a Desert Eagle faggot.

You may not have any burdens laid upon you yet but you will someday.

Thanks bro

you're good.

OP here, does anyone have experience with the Parker Mountain Machine compensator for the VP9? I just got the silencerco threaded barrel a couple of days ago and want to mount a cool looking comp

To jump off this question, for people using defensive loads do they zero their sights for the defensive load or do they just not worry about the difference given typical defensive ranges?

Posting BBG

Anybody own a p07 and have any gripes? I thought about getting a full size p30 to go with an sk, but the p07 is $100 cheaper and I'll be paying extra to mill the slide on either pistol for an RMR right after purchase anyway.

> zeroing sights for carry load
In theory, yes. If I had height adjustable irons or an RDS, but with fixed chargers, I get the windage set with an aluminum or brass punch at 25y and call it a day.

yo, are 85BB /hgg/ approved

wood grips on a beretta make my penis the big penis

I shot a 5” ppq the other day, new gun my friend bought. I really liked it. Super easy to shoot. Lightweight but didnt have the normal light gun flip youd expect. Ill have to seriously consider one.

If you use the same grain and pressure for both loads then it's usually pretty close at SD ranges. For people that really want them to be dead-on they either train with their carry ammo, use the same manufacturer, or use something like Train and Defend rounds that are designed to solve that problem. If you know where your SD ammo hits then you can just practice that hold and compensate with the target.

Hearty yes

Does anybody know of any lights/lasers that are designed to fit like this to where it's right against the slide?
l have a beretta 92a1 and trying to cover up the READ MANUAL BEFORE USE on the side of the fuckin thing.
