Seems like Jow Forums generally shits on the Rhino. I, for one, find them sexy as hell. I want one, but for the life of me I can't decide what color scheme I like better, black with light wood or nickel with dark wood. 50DS is primo length regardless.
Jackson Ward
I'd say black with light wood. It's ultimately up to you though

U mean Rh|no?

its literally one guy posting the same pic every time. he'll be here soon.
Jaxon Hill
Inb4 that one guy with the squib load induced KB shows up and acts like they're all ticking time bombs or something
I guess it just doesn't bother me I lean that way too, but I have two black/blued revolvers already so it feels like maybe I should change it up a little
Charles Jackson
A 5 or 6 inch Rhino is high on my list. I think they look great.
Leo Allen
You don't want to have all them look the same, changing it up is a pretty good idea then
Kevin Russell
Anyone have the picture of the Rhino they cut the rail off of?
Oliver Smith
>6 o'clock revolvers are pretty cool Yeah both of them
Jace Murphy
Three if you count the revolver from Trigun. I wonder why more companies haven't experimented with the concept
Dominic Nelson
>revolver from Trigun One of my favorite anime's from my childhood. I've never shot a 45 long colt before but I want one to this day because of that show. If anyone ever made a break action revolver that looked like it I would probably spend stupid money on it.
Realistically how hard would it be to manufacture? I mean you have to setup a wierd firing pin that doesn't depress slowly with the hammer but aside from that I see no weird features that need special engineering
Luke Peterson
Pretty hard, it would be a full custom build. That's a break action 6'oclock revolver with what appears to be a lengthened and reinforced barrel. So you'd need to find someone who's actively making top-break repros and then have them further customize it.
Also top-breaks are inherently weaker than solid frame revolvers so you're also going to be limited to lower pressure calibers like.32 auto or maybe .45 long colt if you can find it somewhere. But yeah, that's going to be a full custom build no matter how you go about it.
Jaxson Garcia
Posted it around a couple times since I first saw it but the 8000 series Berettas really hit all the right buttons for me.
Honestly, I think they're pretty neat. The only thing I don't like is the cutouts in the barrel shroud. I think it'd look better just solid, like a Mateba.
I fucking love the Rhino and plan to get a snub nose model in nickel eventually. Definitely a great gun even if you only use it as a range toy. I take mine when I'm out in the woods.
