not the mastermind's problem. you can easily find a town in which there is a close-prox range of ATM's that you can use to withdraw funds from using the bank pins you beat the shit out of the hostages for.
you just have to make sure you can access all of them and retrieve as much as possible from the ATM's before the hostages are found, untied, dressed, taken care of medically, and report what happened to the first responders, and a tactical unit is assigned to getting everyone's name and information - locking down all accounts.
i say you have a little less than an hour or so before someone should come onto the premises looking for what's going on by the time you finish the op and bounce. it's all about choosing the right place and time.
