Sometimes there's just no choice but to call it a loss and butcher it a bit. Jow Forums is still kind of in the dark ages only allowing 3mb and no sound. Even a measly 5mb would make a lot of videos FAR more doable.
I always use the optional high quality mode, and cropping your video a bit can help too instead of showing unnecessary background stuff along the edges.
Usually it's not a problem for me, most of my stuff is fairly short.
