No you because you are believing what the deceptive and misleading media defines as a "mercenary". There's a big difference between a mercenary and a security contractor.
A security contractor is essentially an armed guard. The clue is in the title. Just because they dress like special forces it doesn't mean they aren't more than just glorified versions of bodyguards and armed escorts that you'd get in normal western cities. They just work in high threat environments.

A mercenary on the other hand is a person hired to undertake millitary work. They are literally soldiers, just on a contract and not normally from the country hiring them.

The difference between a mercenary and a security contractor is the same as the difference between an infantry soldier and a VIP's bodyguard.
