Apparently certain PS90's have trigger packs that can be easily modified to FA like the real thing. I don't know how it's done though.

Look at the specifics of what makes a PDW a PDW you dumbass, literally no one can bring one home outside of someplace like a range because none of them were even fully conceived before 1986.

I'm not exactly sure what you'd have to do to the FCG to make it select-fire like a proper P90, but it's pretty easy to convert generations 1-3 (i.e. most any used PS90 you buy) to full-auto only, which certainly meets the definition of PDW.

Also, if we accept as the list of PDWs, there's a couple AR-15 variants there, so make a swift link out of a soda can.

The entire concept of a PDW, basically a hopped up submachine gun that can defeat body armor, is an entirely retarded concept.

The only thing the P90 is good for is counter terrorism operations where its compact size makes maneuver in confined spaces easier + it can defeat the bad guys if they're wearing body armor. For SWAT and other counter terrorism outfits the P90 is an ideal weapon system. P90 might also work well for guerilla fighting against well equipped enemy troops owing to its light weight, small size, and high firepower.

But what about the ORIGINAL idea behind the PDW? It's supposed to have more firepower than a handgun, it's supposed to be much smaller and more compact than a rifle. It's to be used to equip non-combat troops behind the front lines. Vehicle drivers, engineers, artillery crews, etc.

I say that in this original role, something like the VZ 61 Skorpion would work just as well. Or an UZI. Do you really need to be able to defeat body armor? Are the Taliban wearing body armor? Was ISIS wearing body armor? I think any super compact full auto in a pistol cartridge would work fine for the intended role. The whole "it has to be able to defeat body armor" thing seems like a red herring to me.

The only one that potentially exists is a registered M11 or M10 Cobray derivative receiver with a MasterPiece Arms MPA57DMG upper and thats provided the magazines are the same and can fit into the reciever.

Heres load data for standard 10mm brass with large pistol primers showing that at the 10mm SAAMI of 37500psi you can hit 2500fps in the 7.25" barrel. If you used the other stuff it would probably be a bit faster.
