Yes, each NFA item has its own paperwork. Want two supressors? that's two sets of paperwork.
I'm not that user, but I recently got an E-filed form 1 back in 15 days. (Calendar, not business). I filed a paper form 1 back in October and I haven't heard shit.
I have paper form 4's pending from Feb, April, and November 2018. My dealer tells me that at least one of those is approved, they just haven't received the physical paperwork back yet. In my experience it can take 2-3 months between the time your form is approved and you actually receive the paperwork in the mail.
