You are making security guards, most of the time your guards are just walk-dressing for whatever business you are protecting. Plus suits can be comfy if you buy good ones.
If I was guarding like a military base or a warehouse instead, I would have my guys (and gals if they can beat the tests) in blue jumpsuits with actual rifles.
