A friend of mine had his car keys stolen while he was showering in the gym and the thief took the car. He filed a report with the police, and a couple of months it turned up. The cops had chased some criminals who had been using the stolen vehicle as a getaway vehicle and during the chase the cops shot the fuck out of his wheels. So when he was telling the story he made the rhetorical question "why didn't they just shoot the rubber?" and I replied that if you only shoot the rubber the tire deflates slowly as the elastic material plugs itself, if you shoot the metal you create a hole for the air to vent out quickly.
I only knew this because of an old James Yeager video so I don't know how Jow Forums it is.

I got in a big argument about gun control with some travelling iowa professor who bitched about assault rifles and muh children. And I proceeded to make his asshole pucker when I showed him pics of me shooting my ar10.
Funny fact was Im a mudslime with an american accent chewing out a white guy about muh guns when the fellow brown locals were confused as fuck. I said it was still nice to meet him at the end though, which he blankly acknowledged.
He thought he could run from freedom by going to some socialist paradise and bitching about how our rights should stop , well not that day. I hope I ruined his fuckint vacation.
