Chinese law is not like American law. You are expected to ignore it and the police are expected to ignore you ignoring it, unless you cause trouble. Then they get you.

There's no spirit of following the law for its own sake. It's about being a good neighbor and not making a fuss.

>commies are fucking cringe.

Impressed.

The concept is better than American machine gun teams.

Where's the actual impact though? They cut in the exploding dummy just after it started exploding. You don't actually see what causes the effect

Post your guns (you won’t because you don’t have any)
Don’t forget the timestamp

yeah what this guy said

>your PLA service weapon does not count chink

>2,000 meter effective range
How?

>china has no rule of law, the CCP considers themselves above it.
>not to mention people have like zero rights
>the police ignore you, unless you cause trouble. say that to lawyers and authors in HK.
>being a commie boot lick and censoring your self does not make you a good neighbor

/ch/ approved movies of the thread: Target Locked.

This depicts a infantry captain used to old communist doctrine adapting to modern warfare ("high-tech combat under localized conditions"). It's like a peacetime-military, internal propaganda version of Wolf Warrior.

chink propaganda. don't trust a damn thing they say.

given the size of the round and the general quality of Chinese weapons id say 700yards at best.

we don't want this garbage propaganda on Jow Forums. go to Jow Forums

I have a question about the Type 97 rifles. In Canada, until a few years ago, we were able to get the Type 97 "Gen 1" rifles. They looked exactly like a QBZ-95, except the magwell had the release on the side instead of the paddle release, and obviously the T97 takes STANAGs instead of the 95's rock n' lock magazines. A few years ago Norinco also started selling pic related, the "Gen 2" T97. As you can see, it's got a rail for mounting optics, and the charging handle has a much lower profile.
My question is, do any Chinese military or police units use something similar? Why did they start making these things? I ask because a Canadian company makes aftermarket flat-top uppers for Gen 1 T97s that are basically the same thing; you have to take a hacksaw to the front sight post of your Gen 1 T97, but it makes mounting an optic much easier. They also make a lower with an improved trigger group, but not as many people get those because the stock trigger on the T97 is actually pretty decent (at least, by bullpup standards). Are similar rifles showing up in China?

Attached: type97-g2-2.jpg (3264x1696, 503K)

stop pretending like this is your home board. China has lots of goofy weapons that are worth talking about, just because they're the bad guy doesn't mean we cant discuss their tech.

i swear all of these people who flood china threads with shitposting probably aren't even from this board, you're just trying to dictate everything Jow Forums talks about.

truly the age of high speed low drag

Attached: z-18.jpg (1140x728, 107K)

Here's a picture of the Gen 1 T97, modified with the aftermarket flat top upper made in Canada. As you can see, very similar design, although the Norinco one has keymod mounting slots.

Attached: T97 Flat top upper.jpg (1200x432, 72K)

I don't know if there are any flat top QBZs, although optics are being tested. All I have seen have a carry handle. Most units have the QBZ-95-1, which is the gen2 Type 95. It has the fire selector by the thumb instead of in back and some other mods.

It sounds like the Type 95s for Canada are their own series.

im not trying to limit what we talk about here.

>what ticks me off is all of these chink posters that act as if chicom weapons are better and they spew CCP propaganda.
>idk if they do this to be annoying or if they are actual trolls payed by the CCP to do this bull shit.

post guns with timestamp

>It sounds like the Type 95s for Canada are their own series.
It looks that way, based on the info I could find about it (which admittedly wasn't much). I'm not complaining about the attention, I guess I just found it puzzling since Norinco has military contracts, and the Canadian civilian market is pretty damn small. It seems like it'd be more trouble than it would be worth, but maybe they can make these things out at a low enough cost that it's not a problem. I actually wonder how many parts the T97 has in common with the 95: the gas selector on the 97 is actually still sized for the 5.8 cartridge. The 5.56 case is a close enough size that it still fits, but it's still different enough that you can tell that it's not what it was sized for.

none of this is propaganda, you just don't like OP's tone being neutral/positive of china. he also hasn't said anything about their tech being superior.

nice detective work

>go out of your way to set up your guns with a timestamp so that i can ignore you anyway

what the benefit of posting my guns to prove to you that i own them?

tank is not filled with munitions and fuel and you still see the flames.
Also, the same tank serves as target for HJ-12 "sino-Javelin" ATGM as well.
Something should be left over for it to serve as target.

Attached: 150540fltw5i7ti8pqp8sq.jpg (1000x666, 554K)

The Big Sword Troops of the 1930s are worth investigating. Lots of cheap manpower and lingering northern skills resulted in tactics similar to ww1 German storm troops.

Looks like the HJ-12's initial velocity after ejection is far faster than that of the Javelin, which was pretty well known for launch failure due to slow initial velocity.

Type 05 SMG vs M1A1 Thompson

-TYPE 05-
Caliber: 5.8x21mm
Muzzle Velocity: 150 m/s
Rate of Fire: 400rpm
Magazine: 50 rounds
Effective Range: 150-200m

-Thompson-
Caliber: .45 ACP (11.43x23mm)
Muzzle Velocity: 285m/s
Rate of Fire: 600 - 1500 (depending on variant)
Magazine: 30
Effective Range: 150m

Not even trying to shill but this is the main small arm I fear of theirs, as we have no equivalent in standard unclassified use. Willing to bet my next paycheck that Airburst raifu is the MG34/42 or AK of the 21st century where an encounter with it will influence current armaments and doctrine.

>muh air superiority
Having ORGANIC platoon-level firepower is something we lack, especially against a near peer. Prolific RPGs and PKMs already give troops enough issues. Sadly, bean counting and “good enough” ignorance will be paid for in lives.

this sound like bs

the forgotten weapons video makes the 9mm version seem like dogshit, maybe it does better with their weirdo tiny bullet

>norinco trajectory-corrected ballistic rockets

Attached: ZCz0ZbQ.jpg (1800x1200, 878K)

that grenade rifle looks neat and all but it also looks bulky and cumbersome, something you definitely aren't going to see at a squad level.

the 5.8mm bullet is trash compared to 9mm

>the 5.8 is both smaller, slower and has worse muzzle velocity.
>so the 5.8 version is even worse.

It's one per squad.

The small cal pistol is for "AP" performance and low recoil. It's a staff officers weapon.

Trumpets are also occassionally being used for tradition's sake.
