Medical equipment, even if its just a walmart-tier first aid kid will be issued to as many as can be. same for shelter like tents, nice big ones, easily assembled and stowed. Training in first aid is mandatory, with higher courses for dedicated corpsmen. Looooads of ammunition, fuel, medicine, food, and water. Alcohol in limited quantities.
