Dress for the job. Every unit ups their arms if they need it for what they're doing, but why carry more than you have to if you're just doing the middle east equivalent of swat raids.
Real talk, what does Jow Forums think of police operators? Not just SWAT guys, but jumpout boys and narcotics raids? Do they rank as operators? Or is operator strictly mil SOF?
I know the masks are just for the simmunition, but that full face helmet look is real fucking aesthetic

If your Ops aren't special, you ain't really operatin'

I wish we had more images of Japanese operators

What it I told you there are operators on this board at this very moment?
Benjamin Phillips
Not SOF, but we also use them on land vehicles, particularly for gunners encountering IEDs.
Ian Wilson
>the masks are just for the simmunition Not necessarily. British SF use them on live counter-terror ops as well as the FX training they were designed for. Perhaps the Irish do too
Leo Morris
if they dont hinder sight picture and comfort I dont see why not

Work fire and EMS so I can still use cool gear, break shit, use strategy and tactics in a dangerous environment, etc. I tried enlisting but couldn’t get a criminal history waiver. Now I still have spicy nostalgia, back pain and all the other post mil effects without ever having to get into combat. I’d like to get on as a SWAT medic just to do some door kicking shit.
