You won't see any major powers abusing drugs but mark my words, there *will* be hard right insurgents intravenously injecting meth and popping adderal like it's going out of style.

Scotch tape.
Viagra.

Hell, imagine the scale of the rape of nanking if viagra had existed back then, would have been twice as big a rape.

U.S.: caffeine and steroids (unofficially)
China: meth, lots of meth
Ethiopia: Khat

Probably widespread use of stimulants for pilots, but that's already standard practice

Russian troops will be handed some viagra for sure.

I see USA using steroids and speed with paratroopers and super special operator guys.

Why do trashy whites like meth and other amphetamines so much?

I don't know. Maybe their life just has no meaning or they are in a dark place in life and as a result try to escape reality with drugs and partying and end up diving head first into addicting drugs and as a result of that just can't get their shit together anymore?

rip-its
dip
kush
adderal

Scotch tape get you high now?

Adderall and LSD

It won't be officially used but 50% of the Russian military will be using krokodil

Scotch tape enhances performance, ask your local maintenance NCO if scotch tape is right for you.

Fingolia shall grow in to a major power with speed.

Amphetamines, mainly because it can be used for short periods of time without major side effects and withdrawal.

The Nazi's abused the hell out of amphetamines to bolster their blitzkriegs early in the war, keep pilots aware longer, and improve productivity in the German population. Search pervitin, history is neato.

Well it didn't and our soldiers carry the invaders luggage now t Finno

They had a great amphetamine high and could march for days and days on foot no sleep, making for an effective blitzkrieg. but the problem with drugs is once they wear off or tolerance develops, reality is gonna hit you like a ton of bricks. When your tankers, infantry, and pilots all are regular methheads, you are compromised.

>When your tankers, infantry, and pilots all are regular methheads, you are compromised.
Pure amphetamine isn't as bad as meth but other than that very true, it only works for so long (or in very low doses) before something has got to give.

Modafinil and dexamphetamine are in use currently

Religion

Tonnes of modafinil/analogues, probably a lot of up and coming nootropics, like those russian peptides, speed of course, and probably sedatives like diazepam and temazepam for those who get rotated off the front.
Aside from official issue, morphine and fentanyl will go missing, and weed will be everywhere.

juul's full of cum

you know when you wake up in the morning after you've had a really good sleep, you have a cigarette and a power wank, and afterwards you're just full of energy and enthusiasm and ready to take on the day?

amphetamines make you feel like that.

The US military runs on tobacco and energy drinks

Steroids. Ostensibly, they're for treating injuries but they'd be used for performance enhancement in a pinch.
Modafinil, which has been replacing amphetamines.
And a couple sleeping pills, surprisingly.

I honestly don't think it's possible to run a modern army without caffeine.

You are forgetting literally the way drug addicts used to get made.
>get injured
>morphine
>likes it too much in hospital
>after conflict finishes
>addict
Heroin was made as a non addictive alternative for the "Heroes" of WW2. (It didn't work). My answer is opiates. Where there is a war there is insane amounts of opiate abuse

>likes it too much in hospital
are you serious right now? that is not what was happening at all, you drooling fucktard.

the average person had no idea what addiction was and the doctors were lied to by the pharma companies and told it would not be a possibility with their drug.

doctors do not want their patients to be experiencing pain because most of them are not psychopaths, when you are told that you can give these people something that will have no bad effects and will ease their pain and provide comfort you better damn well believe they will be handing it out like its harmless candy, especially to people wounded and maimed in war.

i recently had to experience a surgery and recovery due to a collapsed lung, and let me fucking tell you that even the recovery from that for the 4 days I had to have a tube in my chest it was very uncomfortable on the minuscule amount of painkillers i was given and could feel everything. the pain I experienced is nothing like what people had to endure during war.

Ripits and snorting lines of pre workout

shit, im just a civilian and I run on caffeine.

This.
Moda/adrafinil analogues universally. Russians can be expected to make large use of peptides such as noopept and potentially racetams like piracetam, phenylpiracetams, etc.

Darpa has been running studies on supplements as well. One that shows a great degree of promise and that I personally can anecdotally attest to the efficacy of is beta alanine.

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/20479615/

I would also expect other nootropic supplements like citicoline, B3, B12, Menaquinone, nicotinamide riboside, CILTEP, PQQ, CoQ10, etc to be in wide use.

Apparently as easily administrable nasal sprays

Pilots and stay behind troops get stimulants

Daesh used a fuckton of Captagon.

The currency of the russian military

Amphetamines in the field
Benzos when they get home

Doubt it, with resources diverted to the war effort, border and drug enforcement won't be as tight, and high quality Afghan heroin will stream in. In a similar vein, foreign and domestic clandestine labs will be able to make fentanyl and other synthetics with less trouble.

UNF YES

They will be giving LSD Micro-dosages to troops to help them shoot better so maybe they can pass they're rifle quals with out having to lie about the scores.
