Given that federal laws trump state laws for the purposes of drugs and all other things, and given that red flag laws to not remove a persons FFL, I would lawyer up and keep my guns, until and unless due process were adhered to.

I had hash on me on a routine traffic check, got searched with warrant, they found a total of 50g hasj, 20g cannabis trim shake, 2g of cocaine, and couple grams of DMT (which they tested positive for "heroin") and 84 .22lr bullets and I got charged with drug dealing and gun charges.

I was litterally traffic checked on my way from the gun shop to my house after fixing the last administrative pieces to renew my license after it expired. But fuck them, if they (and they will) take my license for this shit they'll set me free instead of punish me. They charged me for fucking heroin while I never touched that shit in my life, and if they want to make me a drug dealer/gun criminal for 300eur worth of hash and .22 plinkybois well they better be fucking carefull what they wish for
