Within EU? Finland.
Pretty much the only country to put up a fight against the shitty gun-ban directive, still allowing you to get semi-autos + "large cap" mags if you do your shit right.
Outside of EU, Switcherland is still the best, though even they took the EU's blue pill and started restricting mags.

Swissland, Malta or as a Belgian i can say Belgium is pretty nice, getting worse with the EU gun directive tho, but with the sport shooter license or the collector license you'll still be able to get pretty much anything (full auto included with the collector license)
