Except that's not what he did. He spent his life on writing, performing, and improvising. Recording and editing videos, managing PR and social media, a bunch of other shit. Being a youtuber is doubtless a fun job if it works, but it's no cakewalk.
I'm not going to pretend Pewdiepie didn't get insanely lucky, that anyone could have done what he did if they just pulled up the ol' bootstraps, but let's be real. He didn't just sit around and play video games for a living. He put in a fuckton of work to get where he is.

THIS and on top of this he's also spent his entire career being shit on by the public. I don't care how tough your skin is, that shit will get to you eventually. Back he when he first skyrocketed into popularity he was one of the most hated people here because of Jow Forums's hatred of e-celeb shit. He got shit on constantly, he was like the Nickel Back of YouTube. Now people here like him because he's come out as a right wing popular figure but that just makes everyone else hate him. The dude hasn't been able to show his face without someone spitting in it for almost a decade now. As far as I'm concerned he's suffered enough to earn what he has.
