How tall/heavy are you? How active are you in a day?
I've easily had 10x that today.
>eat well during the week
>get pulled back to parents to work on weekends while helping look after siblings
>eat complete crap on the weekends because there's a complete glut of snacks here
I'm just under 6ft, skinny and most of the time is laying down and sitting down. Neet so don't walk out much. I hate my no muscle mass or tone but I suppose I'd rather be this than overweight.
Breakfast:
>two fried eggs or a grilled ham/salami and cheese sandwich
>Shake with 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder(50g) and 1 scoop of creatine(5g)
>Black coffee with two packets of Stevia, if I'm at work it's either hot or iced coffee
Lunch:
>If i'm home, whatever meat is around with 1/4 cup of white rice
>If I'm at work I'll get a bento box from this japanese super market by my job, or go to whole foods and get something from the buffet
Dinner
>Whatever my family cooks that night, usually have 1 serving of rice or pasta, some kind of meat, and some salad.
When i'm not in my routine, I eat random shit and don't feel too good about it, luckily I haven't gained too much fat, and I'm trying to exercise as much as I can, need to get better equipment tho
If you can maintain yourself on that little you live damn cheap though. My parents are going to kick me out soon and I will have to survive on a very low income, I'm seriously considering ordering home a pallet of dogfood or primate food to live on.
1) fruit and cookies with milk coffee
2) lunch with various Persian foods
3)dinner with leftovers from lunch
eat nothing but mice meat and only drink milk.
and veggies
I'd have no problems eating a grilled rat, milk is expensive tho, veggies too.
>cut up boneless skinless chicken breasts
>cook in pan with diced onions and bell pepper
>roll up in tortilla with a little bit of cheese or served overtop rice
>feeling good or extra hungry, do the same with a cheap steak slice meant for fast cooking instead
>breakfast I'll usually do 2 eggs and 2 slices of peameal bacon
>often place a diced red skin potato alongside chopped carrot and onion with minced garlic in the oven on a Rock cooking pan for roast root veggie lunches
>protein powder
>creatine
Normie.
>one bag chips, 750 cal
>oreo cookies mixed in ice cream, 600 cal approx
>four packs ramen, approx fifteen-hundred cal
>vitamin pills and two liters of lemon lime soda, diet, and water, with ice, approx ??? maybe 50 cal for the hidden cals in it, though it's two-hudnred times weaker, they're still there, four cal per serving from aspartame
halp
just ramen and water. sometimes an egg if i feel like it
>when you eat a small unfilling amount of high cal food and end up with a 3k cal surplus but are still hungry
Learn to eat veggies my man
>eat veggies
>get constipated
Plus expensive. A bag of chips, one dollar, a can of 3.5 servings of mixed veg? 80 cents. It's more expensive than the chips, of which ironically are a luxury item, as they come with 5 servings.
But then again, potato is a vegetable, and cheap too. Ramen has wheat in it.
I'm already vegetable user. Four packs of ramen is also sixty four percent of my fiber, the chips are fiber too.
And to be honest, I eat whole wheat bread sometimes, but when I get ahold of sandwiches, oh boy my calories reach 4000.
Honestly I'm annoyed by carrying cans home and usually have them. I buy beans, but beans are so full of calories. The more fiber, the more calories. you just cannot win. I can eat all my fiber worth of beans in those ramen, it won't do anything but effect my fecal matter, not my appetite.
Because....
I DON'T ACTUALLY GET HUNGRY, EVER IN REALITY
THERE'S JUST NOTHING ELSE TO DO
SO I EAT EVERYTHING
Always been a gripe for me too with them veggies, so expensive and goes bad so quickly, so one needs to go shopping all the time with that stuff.
I actually have frozen lima beans in my freezzer, but it takes many minutes to make them in comparison to the other food. More electric, less money.
>tumbling down lyrics
CHINESEALL DAY EVERY DAY, BABY! YEEEEEEEHAWWWW
Onions last forever my dude
bite me, fuckwad
>eating acidic onions
>eating practically fucking no nutrition
But it does enhance the tumbling down jam, because, not him.
>tfw can't cry anymore
Yeah I know, but it's at least better than potatoes.
>tfw you eat "vegetables" but it's just potatoes, carrots, onions and peppers and sometimes corn
What are some real vegetables?
learn to hunt rabbits. get a huge bag of rice. shoot rabbits, squirrels, pigeons, etc with an air rifle, eat it with the rice and some spices. tastes nice
What's pigeons like taste wise?
I'm sorta in the same boat with you OP. I usually have 2 Weetabix (or wheat biscuit as you call it) for breakfast, except with rice milk. and usually have whatever protein (ground beef/tuna/chicken) + carb (rice/macaroni/potato) casselone for lunch/dinner. Really delicious usually, except I'm, a white boy who can't season food properly
not here for the thread, i just want to let you know that you're a gay cunt
Beans like a previously mentioned Humans are meant for beans, but you cannot just eat beans and be happy. You'd need something else like meat to go along with it usually.
They ought to be cheaper with how they grow, one would think. They grow fast, and are healthy.
I'd eat them more often, but I end up getting too much fiber and run out of them too, when eating them. A can of beans is like 385 cal, but all of your fiber nearly.
If you eat a can of beans, that's it for your fiber, they have nice nutrients though. Soybeans have the most, and a full, protein. it's sad the jews keep them in other things and don't just sell them in stores more often. You could buy them online, if they don't sell them where you live.
its a bit gamey, quite nice though. hard to describe.
Thank you, and you didn't even see me start to talk about soy.
Have fun in other threads user.
I find my biggest problem cooking is that I do lots of stovetop and pan cooking, and I end up lowballing my calories because I grease the pans with margarine. Any tips for limiting calories while increasing volume so I fill myself up with fewer calories?
Holy fuck I got the cravings for some wetabix and milk
>regimes
>cornflakes
>go sleep
>dream about eating a nice meal
>no nutrition in onions
What? Do you even know how to eat or are you just spouting bullshit m8
>breakfast
nothing
>lunch
salad packed and brought to work. mix of any of the following: romaine lettuce, spinach, kale, cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, bacon bits, boiled egg. whatever dressing im feeling.
>dinner
piece of meat (chicken breast, pork chop, steak, or piece of fish) and a vegetable, usually green beans, carrots, or brussel sprouts, with mashed potatoes or a baked potato with some butter on it
sometimes i have a soda or candy or get takeout, or try some new recipe, especially weekends.
you know what, i appreciate your sportsmanship, user. i hopt that you, too, have fun on other threads
>not cooking it all in the microwave in ten minutes flat
Good you're not an impulsive cooker I guess. Ramen takes like five minutes in the microwave,, six maybe, then I dump cold canned beans in it sometimes, without cooking them as the water is hot anyway, and then dump ice in that so I can ea the soup faster.
You can even cook eggs in the microwave, just stab them so they won't explode halfway through.
BUT ANYWAY
Buy box of honey oats or something, mix with bag of cereal, ten servings of cereal honey oats is only twelve hundred cal, dump mashed up pickle chips in them, not much, eat that long time. Fiber and all, but not quite enough. Get can of 80 cent tuna.
Put it all together and eat it.
If you only use like one serving of chips or so for ten, of healthy ceral that takes forever to eat dry, then your cal will stay low and it will take you forever to eat it.
>but I'm fat so nevermind me
I also make soups out of things when losing weight. Chicken noodle soups are low cal, like, very low. One-fifty per whole can low. Several servings can be very low.
>no breakfast
>at least one fruit a day
>little to no sugar
>no pineapples or fat meat
those are pretty much all my dieting "rules"
Every morning I eat 3 portions of fruits an apple a banana and another
For lunch I always cook. Lots of potato rice and chicken and fish
In the evening I eat everyday a whole bowl of salad. With olive and flaxseedoil, one paprika, 2 tomatoes, onion, cucumber, 2 eggs, salad.
I am so healthy it is making me sick kek I havent aged and my skin looks like that of a female model kek.
But it is the narcissist in me that makes me do it I want look younger and healthier than all those subhumans and I find myself attractive
Also only drink water and green tea
Good day sir.
A whole cup of onions, look up the nutrition. It's like eating carrots. Awful. But worse, because too much acidic.
Why would you eat a whole cup of onions though
>have nothing in house
>order pizza
>hate self
>repeat
What's the point if you cannot eat alot of it?
You may as well get onion powder instead. Best to get garlic powder too, seriously, having spices is nice.
I think of onion like a spice more than a vegetable.
Mostly peanuts, McDoubles without buns + mayo instead of ketchup, coke zero, and monster zero ultras.
>breakfast: 2 scrammbled eggs with light salt and tons of ground pepper
>lunch and dinner: either a ham and cheese sandwich or pbj
>if i eat one for lunch its the other for dinner
i do snack a lot though, mostly haribo gummy bears and beef jerkey. i also have other foods few times a week but if im just at home or have no plans at all that's what i'll eat for days on end.
