I highly recommend the ABCs of death 1&2

subspecies 1-3 and death wish 1-3

Gerald's Game on Netflix

Here's 3,
Sexy Beast (1999)
Persepolis (2007)
Who Am I (2014)

Can't recommend this enough, best film I've saw in a few years

Ignore the terrible reviews, if I had to guess why they're so bad it's because it's pretty brain-dead

I just watched the first one so I might watch the second one now thanks annon

Gattaca.
It's a good movie.
Some robots might not like it because of the message it carries.
You'll just have to find out, or not, your choice.

Probably not enough hidden meanings and nods at sexuality, how gays are oppressed, whitey is evil, etc.

The Shape of Water was probably the worst movie I've seen in my life and it has great reviews.

Children of men
lad

kill yourself seriously

why do you even watch movies you perpetually offended faggot

Arrival was pretty good if you haven't seen it yet.

Confirming that this movie is amazing

Bright is shite you fucking pleb

No shit. Did you read the post I was responding to?

Not offended. The movie was just really bad. It's very clear that you're offended.

The only character development in the entire movie was for the antagonist. The only thing we knew about the protagonist and her sidekicks was that they were deaf, black, poor, and gay. The in your face left wing radical Oscar begging in this movie had my girlfriend and I laughing a good portion of the movie.

The Belko Experiment.
The Void.
Digging up the Marrow.

You and your girlfriend sound like a couple of really nuanced, level headed people who really assess movies on all their merits and don't just get triggered and dismissive as soon as they realize the movie has a left wing message(which is so unheard of for a movie or any piece of entertainment). Seriously just stick to watching simple shit like Bright.

Also, both raid films.

Yes both bright and shape in water are shite one is just very overrated.

Think he was being ironic over how alot of the reviews beef with bright was it's race relations depictions.

Did you read the post he replyed to?

We weren't dismissive, we didn't even ask for a refund because we sat through the entire thing and it was funny in a "it's so bad it's good" way. It reminded me of The Room, Finding Nemo, and Bates Motel mashed into one thing.

I don't care if a movie has a left wing message, they all have for decades. But at least make the movie worth watching other than patting the heads of good boys and girls who do and think how Hollywood tells them to.

Never saw it. But thanks for letting me know, user. Hard to tell when any movie above a 90 on RT is typically trash tier.

I feel exactly the same way. That movie was a pandering joke.

get out your handkerchiefs

heathers

discrete charm of the beaurgoise

city of god

midnight cowboy

pusher

eyes wide shut

chunking express

kauas pilvet karkaavat

just to name a few, give em a shot

One of my favorite movies

youtu.be/hspUSez-rYY

Name your top 5 favorite movies for me please. Have you seen Pan's Labyrinth? Do you know who directed it?

It's one of those movies hollywood likes because it's so "progessive" and they get to pat themselfs on the back for watching.

stalker
apoghjoqehgoeuhw

> midnight cowboy
thats a gay porno
get the fuck out of here you faggot

Magic Magic with Michael Cera

Oh god, I don't know. I'm not a movie hobbyist, I see something and I like it or I don't.

A few that left a lasting memory for me are probably Memento, IP Man, Gattaca, The Hateful Eight, and The Godfather.

Not the "deep" movies people pat themselves on the back for watching.

Also, I've never heard of Pan's Labyrinth.

Slumdog Millionaire is always a good watch.

wtf no this movie is trash

>A few that left a lasting memory for me are probably Memento, IP Man, Gattaca, The Hateful Eight, and The Godfather.
>Also, I've never heard of Pan's Labyrinth.

so you basically have meme taste and are an uncultured swine

also

>The Godfather
>not deep

watch Pan's Labyrinth's it's really good

I laughed a little.

you can laugh all you want, it's still a fantastic movie

So are

I rest my case, tryhard.

Meme taste? Maybe a little bit. The Godfather is probably my main exception to the disliking of the trying to be deep kinds of movies.

I'm probably not very cultured because it's hard to see America as a land of culture, we have movies and food and it dies about there. Even our architecture is sad.

I'll give that movie a try for sure, I haven't enjoyed a movie in a long time.

they are also literally go to movies for people on this site

I've seen them on fucking meme /tv/ recommended charts lmao

well except the hateful eight

hence the uncultured part and the meme taste

I, Tonya is one of the best movies I've seen in recent memory. Of course, I don't get out much...

the hateful eight is one quetins worst movies

True.

And Jackie Brown is his best

/tv/ has incredible taste compared to this board

How come it's so hard to find anything interesting on Netflix? Is Hulu any better?

Brazil

Movie britain in 1985. Dark and fun

Netflix doesn't really care about movies that much compared to TV. There are some good ones on there but their selection sucks compared to amazon. Hulu is way worse when it comes to movies. They have the criterion collection on there from what I remember but outside of that it's pretty terrible.

Rewatch The Big Lebowski!

Prefer pulp fiction but it's pretty good

clockwork orange is probably the worst movie

Nigga that shit is like 3+ hours long

God Bless America, Rampage, American Psycho, Falling Down, Taxi Driver
