I was being myself. Quiet, do my job. Cleaning. Taking care of customers. Expediting. Don't horse around with the younger co-workers. When they talk, I would not join them in their little circle.

One guy is 23 years old. There's a 22 year old girl, a 40 something year old lady who threw the pickle and some guy who is 19. The lady is the ring leader.

I don't know the full situation but sometimes when you don't talk to people they think that you think you're higher than then them this can lead to social isolation but idk about pickle throwing but i guess pack mentality.

To be honest, I don't know what they even talk about because I have this drive thru headset on. I don't have a problem with the night crew but the day time crew is vicious.
