Install their plugin on internet explorer, enable sound and test if you can hear anything. Then login as admin and upload an audio file, play it from the admin menu.

Yes, just click on admin menu and then login with factory defaults. Usually for mobotix it's admin and meinsb.

Nope, but if you want sound you need internet explorer and install their activex plugin.

Nope, although some versions also simple have "admin" for both username and passwords. Most use "meinsb" as password though. If those two don't work you can try leaving the password field blank or 1234, but if that doesn't work you're likely out of luck.
