Yeah, fatty food is incredibly filling. When I ate a normal "low-calorie" diet I was hungry the entire day, I'd eat a small portion of rice with veggies and chicken and I'd be hungry in an hour. With keto I eat a single meal of meats and eggs in the morning and then a smaller meal on the afternoon.

You need at least 2 weeks to fully go into ketosis.
After that you need at least 3 months straight up full blown keto, 0 carbs.
If you're doing extensive workouts, not normieworkouts, fullblown mutantmode, you can do carbloading every 2 or 3 weeks once, but not more than a 500 to 1k cheatmeal full with carbs.

You should also piss on ketosticks to see if you're in ketosis or not or if you need to check your doctor.

You're not hungry doing a ketogenic anabloic diet, because you basically only have the bare minimum of insulin in your body. This means no insulinspikes.
Which basically makes the feeling that most 1st-worlders describe as "hunger" non-existent.
You're still hungry when you're body aches for calories to fill a huge deficit.
It's the single reason why you absolutly need to keep your meals checked and stick to them in keto, because you tend to skip/forget about meals and go into deficit, destroying your recuperative power, killing gains.
