In actual Dragon Ball lore, almost all Saiyans were low class Warriors, there were only around ten mid class Warriors and Nappa, Vegeta and King Vegeta were the only high class Warriors. Raditz and Bardock would count as the strongest for low class Warriors, so in reality someone like you or me would be a lot weaker than Raditz himself as aSaiyan.
