Well, most Chinese don't speak English, and my Chinese is not that good (it's basic day to day communication but not enough to have a good conversation).
I'm in Tianjin (close to Beijing), so it's more uncommon to see foreigners here, especially people on 18 like me. So usually you will be praised by most girls here
