No, actually the chart was inspired by an idea another user had about how cyborgs are socially normal, but psychologically outcasted, while failed normies are psychologically normal, while socially outcasted.
I liked the idea so I made a chart for it, and it is inspired by the political chart thing, but the positions don't reflect the political chart at all.
