I cook bulk meals in a slow cooker then put them in Tupperware in the fridge/freezer, reheat and eat with fresh vegetables. Cheap, nutritious and time efficient.

How do you eat yours? Recently I'm into fisherman's eggs or with just a lil hot sauce.

made it with yakisoba sauce. apparently yakiudon isn't like yakisoba and you dont use the same kind of sauce.
texture is not bad. Onions could be smaller and it could be a little bit creamier
Whenever i make risotto i cut the onions so small they literally dissolve into the rice

a good presentation tip is to shake the plate btw. so you dont have just this glob of rice in the middle, it looks better when its flattened out imo

when it's flat out like that you have a great canvas to put food on. keep that in time. A steak served on top of a mushroom risotto with some form of erb butter would be great.

Where should I go to try a risotto for my first time?

I'm big on carbonara, but never had risotto before. Looks like magic.

Yea sardines are more expensive here than one of those big cans of tuna. Course I live in the Midwest so really any fish is expensive here unless I go catch a fucking catfish or something.

I fucking love anchovies but i had to stop eating them because the bones kept getting stuck in my throat. Anyone else have this problem? I know most people can't stand them but this is a major bummer for me.

Microwave shit or frozen food mostly. I can cook but why would you when it's so much hassle? I put grease proof paper on baking trays when cooking frozen food so I don't have to wash them, eat microwave meals out the box.

I will make desserts though. Sometimes I bake cookies and cakes, or make ice cream. But with that you can make a whole week's worth of dessert at once, I wouldn't do it daily

The only fish or seafood you can buy cheap enough to eat regularly here is tilapia which is disgusting anyway.

Tfw you're stuck with the shitty university meal plan because you don't have access to a kitchen and you can't make the delicious food you make at home. The food they make here is disgusting, they've made some of the most ridiculous shit I've ever seen. Artichoke heart pizza, chocolate chip hummus, and turkey lasagna just to name a few. I almost cried watching a cooking video because I haven't eaten good food in like 2 months.
