Here's the truth that nobody wants to hear. A lot of American black people tend to be stronger/fitter on average because they were selectively bred to be that way during slavery. People in Africa tend to be skinny as fuck, actually smaller and weaker than your average European. I'm not even racist, it's just the truth.
