He will be at a disadvantage when applying because of female quotas, he will have a disadvantage in continuing because of female-only scholarships, and he will be at a disadvantage finding jobs or internships due to affirmative action. Only if he overcomes all of those hurdles can he consider himself "equal" to a woman who has done all of those things. But then the women doesn't even so much as look at him, because she doesn't want an equal, she wants someone better.
