Using the shorter sleep time over the course of a life I get 208 more days spent awake. That's basically extended life, but better.

Either 50 hours of study/training or the lightning ones.

Those two can be broken to make you a millionaire. With the first one you could pick anything, it doesn't have restrictions, so you could pick something where 50 hours of training is a lot. Take for example flying with helicopters and others.

I'll take the 50 hours of knowledge, that's quite a lot if you think about it. Let's say I started kickboxing I go for a hour three times a week. I just instantly become kind of not that shitty at kickboxing. (4 months of training , 1 hour, 3 days a week)

I could ask for tutelage from a successful trader and impress them with my intermediate knowledge of the field. Once I find someone to take me under their wing, I get actually good at it and make a ton of money.

The sleep/wake one is major. I could probably spend at least an extra 30 min out of bed a day if I had that power. The $10 is pretty nice too, assuming I can "spend" it on a savings account. Assuming 2% annual interest, by the time I hit 65 that would be and extra $222K or so.
